Market research - Competitors

The idea for this stage was to realise who was already a good business and that might mean they are doing very good marketing of their businesses or they actually evidence years of experience through their portfolio and galleries showing off their skills.


As we aim for a boutique studio, we are taking inspiration from top photographers on the areas we are going to work on but also helps if they have a good reputation as we can see them as encouragement to work hard on our own ideas. We are very fortunate to have not too many strong competitors  that also aim to cover all bases.


Also, they are very good guidance in terms of pricing structures from which I have got useful guidance to develop prices after deciding the packages to offer as Troop Photography!
